1. What data we collect

Livioo collects a minimal amount of data necessary for the platform to function:

Scoring coordinates — when you use the calculator, you send geographic coordinates (latitude and longitude) to our API. These coordinates are not linked to your identity and are not permanently stored.
Shared links — if you use the sharing feature, the coordinates and result are saved in a database (Supabase) so the link can be accessed by others. Shared links do not contain personal data.
Anonymous analytics — we may use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand how the platform is used (visit counts, popular pages). We do not collect personal data through analytics.

2. Cookies

Livioo does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We may use technically necessary cookies for normal website functionality (e.g., session management).

3. Third-party sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is stored through Supabase (infrastructure provider) and Vercel (hosting).

4. GDPR — Your rights

If you are located in the European Union, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

Right of access — to request a copy of the data we hold about you
Right to rectification — to request correction of inaccurate data
Right to erasure — to request deletion of your data
Right to portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format

5. Security

We apply reasonable technical measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted database access, and Row Level Security (RLS) in Supabase.
