Livioo (www.livioo.io) is a free informational platform that provides a Livability Index for addresses in Sofia. By using the platform, you accept these terms.

The data and scores provided by Livioo are purely informational. They do not constitute a professional property appraisal, investment advice, or a guarantee of quality of life at a specific address. The index is based on objective data but cannot cover all factors affecting the living environment.

3. Data sources and attribution

Livioo uses open data from the following sources:

• OpenStreetMap — © OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL license
• Sensor.Community — air quality data, ODbL license
• GTFS data — public transit data provided by Sofia Urban Mobility Center
• NVO/DZI results — publicly available educational data
• Copernicus Sentinel-2 — satellite data for green cover

4. Limitation of liability

Livioo is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform or decisions made based on the information provided.

5. Intellectual property

The methodology, design, and code of Livioo are the property of the Livioo team. Data from open sources is distributed under their respective licenses.

6. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
